Kleio Apartments were first established in 1990, having continuous presence in the tourism and hospitality industry since then. During the years we co-operated with several tourist agencies and hosted guests from several parts of the world. As a small family business, we always offered a friendly, family and personal approach to every single guest.

Time passes fast so last year we decided to renovate our apartments, give them a completely new modern look and make a new beginning. Kleio Apartments are centrally located in Ayia Napa, 5 minutes walking distance from the central square but at the same time in a quiet neighborhood without the hassle and noise of busy streets. The nearest sandy beach of Ayia Napa is also only 5 minutes walking and it's situated next to the little port (Limanaki) of Ayia Napa. Most of our apartments have sea view and few of them have a beautiful view of a park situated next to our building. Our top floor apartments offer a unique panoramic view of Ayia Napa and it’s coastline!
